Second Harvest consists of a network of
128 not-for-profit agencies throughout our 19 county
service area, including
emergency food pantries, soup kitchens, homeless shelters, children's homes,
homes for the mentally disabled and shelters for battered persons. Our
network provides food assistance to nearly 25,000 different people each
month. In order to qualify as a Second Harvest member agency, an
organization must be a non-profit serving food to the infirmed, those less
fortunate or children at no cost.

Due to continuing problems
with the online monthly reporting form, we have had to change the process
once again. Below are two options for completing the monthly forms
and returning to Second Harvest of Greater St. Joseph.

Simply print the form, complete it by hand and then fax or mail to
Second Harvest.
